"Coaching" is not just for athletes and executives

We Help You Achieve a Variety of Personal Growth Goals

The self help industry is booming. Visit the local bookstore and you will find a large assortment of self help material covering topics such as: diet and weight loss; living your best life; becoming a better parent; finding the job of your dreams; finding your soul mate; and so on. There is no shortage of information on "how to" - all of it promising to bring about the life of your dreams .
In light of the availability of all this great information, you would think we would be the healthiest, happiest, purpose-focused, and fulfilled people to ever walk the planet!

Our marriages and families should go beyond functional and be truly fulfilling. We shouldn't know the meaning of "
job dissatisfaction" since we are all employed in career fields that truly interest us.  Our spiritual lives should be fulfilling and robust as we encounter God daily.

Each of us are becoming physically healthy,
emotionally stable, and relationally fulfilled while living out the destiny for which we are created - right?

If information alone brings needed change, then perhaps all this would be true. However, while the "self-help gurus" rake in millions for their advice, most of us live far below God's potential and plan for our lives. This vast amount of information really does very little to provide real transformation.

This is precisely why a life coach can help. Real transformation rarely occurs outside of relational support. Few of us have relationships that hold us accountable and spur us on to growth.  In fact, in some instances, our relationships hold us back from change. (Take our Spiritual Growth Survey to see if your relationships are frustrating your development.)

Furthermore, we unconciously fall into habits, roles, and mind-sets that limit our efforts to change. We are often blind to the real reasons we are "held back" and disappointed in our efforts to grow. A coach can help you recognize and overcome obstacles that stand in your way.

A coaching relationship,  helps you get results.
You will find the encouragement, support, and accountability you need to keep you on track toward reaching your goals.

Having a partner who is committed to your personal growth and development makes it far more likely that you will succeed. Get started on your journey toward growth today!

Think About It...
Many relationships do little more than enable us to stay the same. As you change, it forces those around you to adjust. It is often more comfortable for THEM if you don't change and grow.

If you are ready to move from where you are to where you want to be, a coach can help.

Unlike the high cost of other coaching services, the Soul Care Center offers Christ-centered, Spirit led, coaching on a donation basis. Cost should not keep you from getting the help you desire. Our goal is to support you on your journey!

Note: Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, mental health care, or treatment for substance abuse. Coaching is not intended to replace counseling, psychiatric intervention, treatment for mental illness, professional medical advice, legal counsel or other professional services.

Coaching can help you...

-turn a good marriage into a great one
-build better relationships with your children
-strengthen your relationship with God
-discover your life passion
-fulfill your goals and dreams
-improve valuable life skills such as communication, stress-management, organization, time-management, etc.

Our coaching services are designed to help you excel spiritually, relationally, emotionally, professionally, physically or financially. Unlike counseling which focuses on issues of the past, coaching moves you toward the future you desire.

Skills you will learn may include:

    - goal setting
    - developing boundaries
    - increasing self awareness
    - improving communication
    - increasing cooperation with key people
    - identifying and overcoming obstacles
    - resolving conflict (internal and external)
    - stress management
    - ways to improve relationships
    - and more
